Data Pribadi Pengguna
Untuk dapat mengakses layanan pada situs web www.umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM, Pengguna perlu melakukan registrasi dan melengkapi Data Pribadi berupa nama, alamat e-mail, nomor telepon, serta informasi lain yang dibutuhkan UMBJM sebagaimana diperlukan untuk memberikan layanan sesuai tujuan dan fungsi setiap situs web turunan www.umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM yang Pengguna gunakan. Pengguna menjamin dan menyatakan bahwa setiap informasi yang diberikan oleh Pengguna kepada UMBJM dalam situs web www.umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM adalah informasi yang akurat, valid dan sah. UMBJM mewajibkan Pengguna untuk mengirimkan informasi dasar untuk memudahkan proses verifikasi identitas Pengguna, dan memastikan Pengguna sudah berusia dewasa secara hukum. Jika informasi, termasuk perubahan informasi yang diberikan Pengguna, tersebut ternyata tidak benar maka UMBJM tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala dan setiap akibat yang dapat terjadi sehubungan dengan pemberian informasi yang tidak benar tersebut.
Batasan Usia
Di dalam penyediaan layanan pada situs web www.umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM, UMBJM mematuhi batasan dan persyaratan usia sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.
Jika UMBJM mengetahui bahwa UMBJM secara tidak sengaja mengumpulkan Data Pribadi Pengguna yang belum mencapai batasan dan persyaratan usia dewasa sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku, maka UMBJM akan meminta Pengguna melengkapi dengan persetujuan dari orang tua dan/atau wali yang sah. Pengumpulan dan Penggunaan Data Pribadi Pengguna
Semua Data Pribadi dari Pengguna yang diberikan secara sukarela pada saat registrasi akan disimpan dan dilindungi oleh UMBJM sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Kebijakan Privasi ini. Data Pribadi Pengguna akan digunakan untuk keperluan UMBJM, termasuk namun tidak terbatas dalam proses log in maupun log out pada situs web www.umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM, untuk kepentingan survei serta riset dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan keamanan situs web www.umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM.

UMBJM juga mengumpulkan informasi dari akun media sosial yang diizinkan oleh Pengguna untuk diakses oleh UMBJM pada situs web www.umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM yang Pengguna gunakan.
UMBJM juga akan mengirimkan update berkala pada akun Pengguna selama periode tertentu dalam bentuk informasi dan/atau promosi dan/atau perubahan pada situs web www.umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM yang akan berpengaruh terhadap Pengguna.

Hak Pengguna
Sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia, Pengguna berhak mengajukan permintaan kepada UMBJM, untuk:
- Memberikan akses ke dan/atau salinan Data Pribadi Pengguna yang disimpan dalam situs web umbjm.ac.id dan aplikasi mobile UMBJM;
- Melakukan perubahan dan/atau penambahan dan/atau pembaruan Data Pribadi Pengguna;

UMBJM berkomitmen dan berintegritas dalam menjaga Data Pribadi Pengguna, di mana Data Pribadi Pengguna hanya akan digunakan terbatas untuk tujuan kegiatan UMBJM dan tanpa tujuan lainnya.
